"Terrifier 3" Trailer Previews Art The Clown Slashing His Way Through Christmas

The full trailer for the upcoming Terrifer 3 has officially been released, and if anyone though that Art The Clown, the iconic new slasher that has made his way into the hearts of horror fans over the last decade, would be toning it down a notch, you would be mistaken. The trailer for the film, which is set to premiere in theaters on October 11th, finds Art terrorizing the residents of the town of Miles County as they head into Christmas Eve.

A plot synopsis reads as follows:

“After surviving Art the Clown’s Halloween massacre, Sienna and her brother are struggling to rebuild their shattered lives. As the holiday season approaches, they try to embrace the Christmas spirit and leave the horrors of the past behind. But just when they think they’re safe, Art the Clown returns, determined to turn their holiday cheer into a new nightmare.”

Just like the first two installments, Terrifier 3 was directed by Damien Leone, and Art The Clown is portrayed by David Howard Thornton. Returning cast members will include Lauren LaVera, Samantha Scaffidi, Elliot Fullam, Chris Jericho, with Daniel Roebuck set to debut. Also appearing will be makeup effects legend Tom Savini, Jason Patric, Antonella Rose, Krsy Fox, Clint Howard, and Jon Abrahams.
