Green Day Announce Intimate Bay Area Charity Show
Green Day has announced that they will be performing an intimate show at San Francisco’s Fillmore next Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024. The show is hosted by UN Human Rights and the Recording Academy, with all proceeds from tickets benefiting UN Human Rights climate justice efforts, and the Right Here, Right Now Climate Fund at MusiCares, which works to assist musicians affected by climate change.
The show will be supported by Ultra Q, with tickets set to go on sale tomorrow, March 29th at 12 PM PST. You can click here for more information.
If you miss your chance to see the band this time around, don’t fret. They’ll be returning to the Bay Area this fall to San Francisco’s Oracle Park (with support from The Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid, and The Linda Lindas), where they will be playing Dookie and American Idiot in its entirety. More info on tickets can be found here.
Green Day is currently on the road supporting their new album, Saviors, which was released in January. You can read our review of the album here.
