Ovtlier Premiere New Music Video, "Spineless" featuring Danny Veal of Upon A Burning Body
Just a couple of weeks ago, nu-metal/rock act Ovtlier premiered a brand new single and music video for their song “Spineless” via Pure Grain Audio. The single follows the release of their highly acclaimed 2017 album What Doesn’t Kill You, and features vocalist Danny Leal (Upon A Burning Body) in a guest vocal spot on the song.
The track was inspired by vocalist/songwriter Joey Arena’s experience witnessing his grandmother pass and his own “personal views on medical and governmental studies: that we are nothing but lab rats and test subjects”. The song is heavy-hitting, and Arena’s pain can be heard throughout each screamed verse and cleanly-sung chorus. Leal’s guest vocal spot only adds to the intensity heard throughout the track.
Ovtlier are based out of Rochester, NY, and have just recently signed with The Label Group, an INgrooves distributed label. You can view the video for “Spineless” in its entirety below.
