System of a Down, Deftones Announce San Francisco Golden Gate Park Concert

It was recently announced that concerts would be held in Golden Gate Park in the weeks following the annual Outside Lands Music Festival. In a stunning announcement, Another Planet Entertainment has unveiled that it will host a one-off concert at Polo Fields in Golden Gate Park co-headlined by none other than System of a Down and Deftones. Support will be provided by The Mars Volta, Viagra Boys, and Vowws, with the show set to take place on August 17th, 2024.

In a press release announcing the show, Another Planet Entertainment President of Concerts and Festivals Allen Scott stated the following:

“We are excited to be bringing such an iconic lineup to the city and what better venue than Golden Gate Park. We are expecting fans from not just the Bay Area but from across the U.S. and internationally to travel to the city injecting money into the local economy. From hotels to local restaurants and everything in between, this will be a great night of music and a great economic boost for the city.”
