XSCAPE & SWV Announce 'The Queens of R&B' Tour
XSCAPE and SWV have announced that they will be reuniting this year for the ‘Queens of R&B Tour’, which will feature support from Mýa, Total, and 702. The tour is set to kick off here in the Bay Area on Thursday, June 27th at Toyota Pavilion at Concord, and will wrap up on August 18th in Los Angeles, CA at the Kia Forum.
In a press release announcing the tour, Mona Scott-Young, the founder and CEO of producer Monami Entertainment, stated the following:
“To announce this HERstorical tour during Women’s History Month means everything. It speaks to the power of our ability as women to overcome adversity and emerge triumphant. 702, Total, Mýa, SWV, and Xscape have all weathered storms and are still here and better than ever! We are so excited to bring the fans an incredible and undeniable performance experience that truly celebrates R&B music.”
