The Early November Release New Single, "About Me"
The Early November has released a brand new single titled “About Me” via Pure Noise Records.
In a press release announcing the new song, vocalist Ace Enders stated the following:
"Writing this new TEN record was unique in a bunch of ways. It started with a small group of songs that I had written a few years back. They were much more angry and intense than the normal ten songs.. which is why I probably sat on them. I noticed that they stirred up a fire in me that I had all but forced out. Pent up frustration, feelings of self doubt, fear, intolerance, and an energy that was an undeniably louder voice than the one in my head, that was trying to convince me to give up on myself. “About Me” is one of the last songs written for the album. It’s not from a place of frustration within, but a calm after the storm. An understanding almost. It’s a bittersweet look at life told through the lens of a youthful heartbreak.”
You can check out the track in its entirety below, and you can catch the band opening up for Armor For Sleep this fall. The tour resumes tomorrow, November 1st in Nashville, with Northern California dates planned for December 6th in San Francisco (Great American Music Hall), December 8th in Santa Cruz (The Catalyst) and December 9th in Roseville (Goldfield).
