Pierce The Veil Release New Song, "Pass The Nirvana"
Pierce The Veil has unveiled their first new single since 2016, titled “Pass The Nirvana”. The track follows the release of the band’s Misadventures album. In a press release announcing the new song, frontman Vic Fuentes stated the following:
"'Pass the Nirvana' is about the many horrible traumas that the youth of America have endured over the past few years. COVID, no proms, no graduations, an insurrection, school shootings. The list goes on. Their lives have been tossed around like clothes in a dryer, as the tensions within our country have infiltrated our own homes, friends, and families. To me, the song represents a euphoric detachment from all of that anxiety and stress and about finding some form of peace or nirvana."
The band are currently gearing up to head out on the road for a run of tour dates with I Prevail and Fit For A King, which is set to kick off on September 9th in Asbury Park, NJ. The band will perform at the highly anticipated When We Were Young Festival in Las Vegas, NV this October, along with a stop at San Jose Civic on October 26th.
