Dear Spring Release Music Video for "Every Now and Then"
Earlier this month, Washington DC’s Dear Spring unveiled a new music video for their track “Every Now and Then”. Along with the single and music video release, the band announced that they have signed with Open Your Ears Records.
In a press release announcing the new single, the band stated the following:
“'Every Now And Then' comes from two voices. One reaches to the past wondering what could have been; the other presses to get over what has been for anything better. Dave was inspired by a time of great change in his life when we wrote the first verse of the song. From there, it was the first song that we completed and truly where Dear Spring found the sound of the next era for our band. When it came time to complete the lyrics for the song, Jonah filled in the second voice, speaking from a fear of repeating past mistakes with learned perseverance. This song embodies the conversation between the two voices. The music video for 'Every Now And Then' is our love letter to the Washington D.C. music scene, spotlighting the music venues that mean the most to us and showcasing our hometown. We're all excited to be announcing our signing to Open Your Ears Records with this release."
The music video for “Every Now and Then” was directed by Carter Louthian, and you can check it out below. Be sure to give the band a follow on their social pages below to keep up to date on any new music and information.
