Simple Plan Release New Music Video for "Wake Me Up (When This Nightmare's Over)"

Simple Plan have released a brand new music video for their song “Wake Me Up (When This Nightmare’s Over)”. The track comes from the band’s upcoming new album, Harder Than It Looks, which is set to be released on May 6th, 2022.

All proceeds generated from the music video will be donated to UNICEF’s efforts to help the families affected by the war in Ukraine. The video itself was directed by a Ukrainian director, features a Ukrainian cast and crew, and begins with a dedication to the people of Ukraine:

“Since the war in Ukraine started, the lives of children and families have become a real-life nightmare.

Millions have been forced to flee. Thousands have been injured or killed. Countless homes and communities have been destroyed.

Directed by Ukrainian filmmaker Jensen Noen and filmed with a Ukrainian cast and crew…

This is their story.”
