Midtown Reunite, Announce Upcoming Dates with My Chemical Romance

Midtown have announced that they are back together, and will be performing a run of dates later this year. A majority of these dates will be in support of My Chemical Romance, as well as a one-off headlining show on December 2nd in Sayreville, NJ at the Starland Ballroom.

Midtown consists of lead vocalist/bassist Gabe Saporta, guitarists Tyler Rann and Heath Saraceno, and drummer Rob Hitt. The band was active from 1998 until 2005, during which time they released several EPs and three studio albums: 2000’s Save The World, Lose The Girl, 2002’s Living Well Is The Best Revenge, and 2004’s Forget What You Know. After disbanding in 2005, Saporta became most well known for forming and fronting the pop-rock hybrid Cobra Starship.

The pop-punk four-piece reunited briefly in early 2014, playing three shows: an intimate performance at The Knitting Factory in Brooklyn, and two additional shows at the Skate and Surf Festival. We’ll report back if any more dates are announced. You can view the full tour routing below.
