The Summer Set Reunite, Will Premiere New Music This Friday

Yesterday, The Summer Set announced that they were reuniting, and would be releasing brand new music later this week. The band’s current lineup is comprised of Brian Logan Dales (vocalist), Jess Bowen (drummer), John Gomez (guitarist) and Stephen Gomez (bassist), while guitarist Josh Montgomery (who played with the band from 2008-2017) will not be returning.

The new song, “Street Lightning”, will be released this Friday, and we’ll be sure to post when it’s available for all to listen. The band have also announced that they will be playing at 8123 Fest in Arizona with The Maine (you can get tickets here).

The Summer Set previously announced that they were going on an indefinite hiatus in 2017, after they released and toured surrounding their fourth full-length album, Stories For Monday via Fearless Records.
