Bobby Keller Releases Guitar Playthrough for "Perpetual Dreams"
Guitarist Bobby Keller recently unveiled a guitar playthrough video for his single, “Perpetual Dreams”. The track comes from Keller’s upcoming debut album, Reign In Fire, set to be released later this year.
The video itself was filmed at Garden of the Gods National Park in Colorado Springs, CO, and it was directed by Jazel from Black Card Films. According to Keller in a press release announcing the video:
“The location required quite the bit of hiking to get to. Despite insane wind, fresh snow and subzero temperatures, Jazel captured one of the most fun videos I’ve shot to date. Thanks to everyone again for the amazing response to ‘Perpetual Dreams!’”
”Perpetual Dreams” was recorded at Reverse 13 Studios in Orlando, FL by Ben Johnson, with mastering duties performed by Machine (Lamb of God, Suicide Silence). For recording the track Keller used an ESP Custom Eclipse guitar, Driftwood Mini Nightmare 45W Amp, Mesa Boogie 2x12 cabinets, the “Lonely Ghost” Delay/Reverb Pedal by Michael Klein, Airis Effects “Placebo Drive” OD pedal.
In the same press release, Keller stated the following regarding the meaning behind the song:
“We are all constantly chasing some sort of dream or goal in our lives and that’s where the song’s overall concept came from. The constant chase is what fuels us and inspires us to either achieve that dream or it becomes a complete nightmare. ‘Perpetual Dreams’ is a very special song to me, as I am dedicating it to the loving memory of my father who passed away back in 2015.”
