Loose Talk (featuring members of Anberlin) Release New Single, "Iron Heel"
Loose Talk, the alt-rock side project comprised of Anberlin band members Christian McAlhaney and Deon Roxroat, have released a brand new single called “Iron Heel”. Fuzzbox distortion rips through the entirety of the song in a blisteringly powerful fashion, matching the subject matter that the duo touch upon throughout the song. In a press release, the band states:
“The song is a statement on the absurd and often infuriating political climate in which we currently live. We've been witnessing the slow degradation of, what we thought, was the American ideology through daily acts of hypocrisy and indifference."
Loose Talk was born when Anberlin (who have since reunited) originally disbanded. To date, Loose Talk have released one EP with four tracks, and we’re sure that more music will be on the way in the future. In the mean time, you can view the official lyric video for “Iron Heel” below.
