Up-and-coming electronic music producer Cherney has just unveiled a brand new track, entitled "Depart". The track can be streamed below via SoundCloud, and is currently available for download. On his Facebook page, Cherney states the following in regards to the release of the song:

"All I’ve ever cared about is music. Ever since I was a little kid I’ve always coped with my anxiety by listening to hours of A Day To Remember, Asking Alexandria, Bullet for My Valentine, and Pierce The Veil. When I started learning to produce, I made it my goal to make music that helps others just as much as these artists helped me.

2017 was one hell of a curveball. I moved to Los Angeles and broke up with my girlfriend to push this music thing with full force. I felt lonely and like an outcast all over again.

It really sucks when nobody likes you for making the music you believe in. I’m either too trap for the dub kids or too dub for the trap, or I’m either too silly or too serious. Just seems like I’m never welcome anywhere I go, leaving me feeling lost. I’ve sacrificed well-being and time into Cherney with the hopes that it will makes someone else smile for the rest of their day.

I wrote this song in the midst of everything going on. I hope it helps you as much as it helped me get through some tough times.

I love you all. Let's make 2018 an amazing year. <3"
